Profile

Zhuo Chen is an internationally renowned expert of pesticide target biology and fungal plant diseases. He is a national-level leading talent and the Job Expert of Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System (CARS). His research focuses on target biology of fungicides, pathogenic mechanisms of fungal diseases, and controlling technology of plant diseases on tea, vegetables, and rice. His work also covers the regulatory mechanisms of circRNA, microRNA, lncRNA and mRNA in the pathogenic process of phytopathogenic diseases. He has served on editorial boards and committees in Asia and the European Union. He has published more than 200 scientific works including 10 books and obtained more than 20 national invention patents. He has won more than 10 national and provincial science and technology awards.
