Profile

Yong-ming, a young scholar, is mainly engaged in development and utilization of insect natural enemies, understanding outbreak mechanisms of major agricultural and forestry pests, and high-value use of insect organic wastes. He is skilful at classification and identification of parasitoids, behavioral ecology, mass rearing, and parasitoid-host interactions. So far, he has published nearly 20 papers in peer-reviewed international journals. He has been the principal investigator of four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and obtained two patents.
