Profile
Wen Chao Yang is an enzyme chemist. His research focuses on the enzyme-targeted chemical biology studies for pesticide discovery and plant protection. He has served as member of several esteemed organizations, including the Chinese Chemical Society, the American Pharmaceutical Association, and the Youth Editorial Committee of the Journal of Analysis and Testing. He has authored over 60 articles in peer reviewed journals, such as J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Nano, ACS Sensors, Anal. Chem. and The FEBS J, J. Agric. Food Chem., Eur. J. Med. Chem. and Chem. Commun. He has got about 10 Chinese and US patents approved so far. He was selected for the Cheung Kong Scholars Programme in 2023.
